Method
- Pour the apple cider vinegar into your glass.
- Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice. (Roll the lemon beforehand to get more juice!)
- Add the freshly grated ginger.
- If using, add raw honey and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in the warm water and stir everything together.
- Sip slowly, preferably on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
