  • 1 cup whole milk small curd cottage cheese 4% milkfat, high protein
  • Seasonings of your choice optional
  • Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cottage cheese evenly.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  4. Allow to cool slightly, then break into chips and season with your choice of seasonings.
