- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, milk, and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
- Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Spread half of the cake batter in the prepared dish. Top with the cinnamon swirl mixture, spreading evenly.
- Add the remaining batter over the cinnamon layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While the cake cools slightly, prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Drizzle over the warm cake.
