Method
- Peel and slice the cucumber. Slice the lemon into thin rounds. Grate the ginger if not already done.
- Add cucumber slices, lemon slices, grated ginger, and mint leaves to a large jar or pitcher.
- Pour in the apple cider vinegar. Add honey if desired and stir well.
- Add 2 cups of water, ensuring all ingredients are submerged. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight.
- Strain the drink into a glass. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, drink one glass in the morning on an empty stomach and another before bed. Adjust the amount of honey according to your taste preference.
