  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips optional, for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Melt the marshmallows and butter in a large pot over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in the banana pudding mix until well combined.
  3. Add the rice cereal and mix until the cereal is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  5. Let cool and harden for about 10 minutes.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh marshmallows and press the mixture into the pan while still warm.
