Method
- Melt the marshmallows and butter in a large pot over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Stir in the banana pudding mix until well combined.
- Add the rice cereal and mix until the cereal is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
- Let cool and harden for about 10 minutes.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
For best results, use fresh marshmallows and press the mixture into the pan while still warm.
